(01)External drive
Copies on a USB drive kept at the office. You buy the drive; the plan shows the size.
(02)Network storage (NAS)
Copies on a NAS on the office network. You buy the NAS and its disks; DATA OIL sets it up.
(03)Cloud storage you own
An encrypted copy in a cloud storage account in your name. Its fee is paid to the provider.

The planner rounds up to 500 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB, 4 TB, 8 TB, 12 TB, 16 TB. Above 16 TB it asks DATA OIL to confirm a set-up with several disks.
