Before the visit
A few minutes of preparation make the set-up or the evaluation faster and safer. The planner shows the items that fit your plan.

(01)Do not write passwords in the app. They are typed by you during the visit or the session.

(02)List the folders and programs that matter most, so they are copied first.

(03)Have an administrator account for each computer ready for the set-up.

(04)Buy the drive or NAS in the size the plan shows before the visit.
With external drive or network storage (nas)
(05)Create or choose the cloud storage account in your company's name.
With cloud storage you own
(06)Charge the phones; you unlock them yourself during the backup.
For phones
(07)Stop using the affected drive: every new file can overwrite what you want back.
When: files deleted by mistake, drive formatted or reinstalled, drive not detected, clicking or grinding noise
(08)Do not power on a wet, burnt or dropped drive.
When: water, fire or a fall
(09)Disconnect the infected computer from the network and leave it as it is.
When: files encrypted by ransomware
