Questions
Frequently asked
Why are prices ranges?
The final price depends on the number of computers, the data and what DATA OIL finds. DATA OIL confirms the plan and the price before starting.
Do I have to buy a drive or a NAS?
For copies at the office, yes. The plan shows the size to buy; DATA OIL sets it up but does not sell it.
Who pays the cloud storage?
You do. The account is in your name and its fee is paid to the provider. It is not in this estimate.
What is a restore test?
Files and one whole folder are brought back from the copies to prove they work. A copy that was never restored is untested.
Can you recover my data?
A data recovery evaluation examines the drive and tells you what can be recovered and the price. Nothing is promised before it.
